Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged. We only include the level of shipping insurance you are willing to provide to have your fossils sent and received safely. If we receive your fossil from the postage damaged (during delivery), we will work with you to make the appropriate phone calls and reports to the shipping company for insurance claims.


There are no exchanges.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Typically, Fossil Oasis will email images of your completed specimen before we ship it for customer satisfaction. If you're unsatisfied, we'll work with you to render and solve any issues.
